Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked postal service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
Medications will be packaged discreetly and in accordance with storage requirements.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via our website or contact details provided.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications under UK law. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
